-How long does it take to personalize an order? The average order takes about 7-10 business days to complete and ship out.
-What shipping service do you use? Depending on the size of order, we will either use UPS or USPS to ship your order.
-What is your return policy? If we fail to complete the order how it is requested online, we will either replace the item at no charge or provide a refund. However, if the item matches the order, we will not provide a refund or replace the item at no charge.
